Confident that Hillary will be the next SoS, Paterson plans to name his pick to take Hillary's seat in the Senate. He will wait until Wednesday because he believes that the Inauguration should be the Headline News.
Paterson has been following the polls bounce around, but says that picking the New Jr. Senator from NY should not rely on current polls. The potential strength of the candidate in the 2010 elections is his major concern.
